We always send our guests home with something: either their new favorite scent, or a few samples to try out before buying.
Will I have to pay for my appointment?
No, there is no charge for appointments.
What if I want to browse on my own?
Your appointment is your time to spend how you like. Sit at our table and let us bring you a selection, or explore the bottles on our collection wall at your own pace. Whether you want us to point you towards certain fragrance profiles, or you want to smell every fragrance from a given brand to get an idea of what they're about, we'll be ready with as much or as little input as you wish.
I'm worried I'll be pressured into buying something.
Nope! We promise. Our goal is to build a positive relationship with our clients so that when you're ready to buy, you come back to us.
Is there parking on site?
There is paid parking on site, including one accessible parking spot. Parking spots are reliably available on the weekend, but they sometimes fill up on weekdays.
How long is a session?
45 minutes by default, but we are happy to spend more time with you as long as there is no one else waiting for their appointment.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! We can accommodate up to five people at a time. Please let us know how many people are coming.
What if I need to cancel?
That's no problem at all. Please let us know as soon as you can.
